It is a unique opportunity to discover the evolution of Castello di Ama San Lorenzo, our most representative wine, through a direct comparison between the 2015 and 2013 vintages, alongside Haiku 2021. At our Ristoro, you can settle in for a dinner that celebrates the seasons, featuring a set menu created daily by our chef using the finest Tuscan market produce. It is an experience of pure conviviality, where our dedicated wine list allows you to select your preferred labels, complementing the evening with the fruits of our land in a setting of absolute peace.
